Orders
How do I know my order was successful?
You will receive a confirmation email right after checkout. If it does not arrive within a few minutes, check your spam folder or contact us at shoponline@pureethical.com.
Can I change or cancel my order?
We process orders quickly, but if you contact us within 12 hours of placing your order we will do our best to change or cancel it.
Shipping
How long does delivery take?
Orders are dispatched within 24–48 hours. Delivery typically takes 2–5 business days within Switzerland and 5–10 business days for international orders.
How much does shipping cost?
Switzerland: CHF 7 flat rate, free on orders over CHF 85. International (EU, UK, US): CHF 15 flat rate. See our Delivery page for details.
Returns
What is your return policy?
You can return unworn items with original tags within 30 days of delivery. See our Returns page for the full policy.
Products
Are the branded products authentic?
Yes. All branded items (Vans, Timberland, Norway 1963, PeeKaBoo and others) are sourced from authorised European distributors and are 100% authentic.
Which size should I choose?
Our items generally fit true to size. Check the Size Guide for measurements.

Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit and debit cards and the express payment methods shown at checkout. All payments are processed securely.
